THERE in the Pliam' begone and holden at Westm, theight day of June in the xxviij yere of the raigne of our late King of famouse memorye Henry theight, and ther continued and kept untill the dissoluĉon of the same Pliam', the xviij day of Julie (') next following, One Act intituled An Acte for the Restitucon of the First Fruites in the time of Vacaĉon to the next Incumbent was had and made, wherin ar certaine Clauses for Leases then made, and to be made, by Spuall and Ecclesiasticall psons tendure and bee in force for terme of syxe yeres, yf thincumbent dyd resigne their said Spuall Promocons, or yf the same shoulde otherwise become voide by thonelye Acte of the same thincumbentes; As by the same Acte more at large may appeare: To the intente the Parsones and Vicares and others, having cure of Sowles may the better attende and bee the more vigilant in their Mysterye and Function, BE IT enacted by the King our Sovereygne Lorde and by the Quene our Sovereigne Ladye, withe the assentes of the Lordes Spuall and Temporall and the Comons in this pnte Rliam' assembled and by thaucthorite of the same, That asmuche of the same Acte as dothe concerne the making good of the said Leases, ne any Clause Sentence Provision or Article therin conteyned, shall extende or be construed or adjudged to extende to any Lease that shalbe made by any Parsonne Vicarre or any other having anye Spuall Promotion after the Feast of the Purificacón of our Ladye nexte coming
