Whereas a Commission of Bankrupt hath been awarded against Eufchius Hunt, late of Stamford in Lincolnshire, Mercer; all persons that owe him any moneys, or that have any goods or other effects of his in their hands, are not to pay or deliver the same to any person, but such only whom the commissioners shall appoint.
