A large house at Highgate (being copyhold), with garden, a coach-house, and stable for 4 horses, hitherto by lease at 26 l. per annum, is now to be let by lease at 20 l., or by the year at 22 l., and to leave it with 6 months warning after one year; or to be sold. Enquire at the Angel at Highgate, or of Mark Wynn in Kent-Street in Southwark.

Editorial note: Isolated from a shared advertisement segment on page 2. Mapped to Highgate village centre. Split from the same composite segment because it is a clear property-market notice.
