His Majesty, with the advice of His Privy Council, gives notice to and requires all owners and masters of ships and vessels trading from England or Ireland, or the islands of Jersey or Guernsey, to the Mediterranean Seas, His Majesty's Plantations, or any other parts in the way of the Algerines, that for their security, before they set forth on their voyage, they apply to the commissioners for executing the office of Lord High Admiral of England for passes according to the treaty and agreement with Algiers. Given at Our Court at Hampton-Court the ninth day of June, 1700.

Editorial note: Summarized conservatively from a damaged royal proclamation segment while keeping the regulatory core intact. Mapped to Hampton Court Palace. Retained because it connects Mediterranean and plantation commerce to state maritime regulation.
