39. Petition of Tho. Wynington, to Sir Fr. Walsyngham. That having come from Moscow to London, about certain disorders there committed by one Northen, a merchant, he had been imprisoned at the instance of the Master and Governors of the Company of Moscovia. Desires that he will proceed to the hearing of the matter.
