The commissioners in a commission of bankrupt against Henry Clerke, late of London, scrivener, intend to meet at the Irish-Chamber in Guildhall, London, in December next, at 9 in the forenoon; and all his creditors, as well those that have proved their debts as those that have not, are desired to meet the commissioners, to agree upon a method of disposal of the bankrupt's estate; and such creditors as have not paid their contribution and proved their debts are then to do the same, or they will be excluded the dividend designed forthwith.
Editorial note: Isolated from a composite advertisement and bankruptcy segment. Mapped to Guildhall in the City of London. The exact December day is obscured in the OCR, so the notice is normalized without it.
